Holland Sports Pumas are Tandridge Shield U12 Finalists

Holland Sports Pumas U12's can look back on a fantastic Cup campaign that ended with a Cup Final day to remember at Tooting & Mitcham Stadium.

Prelim Round: ACE FC 2 - 4 Pumas

Round 1: Pumas 5 - 4 Sports Attack

Round 2: Hamsay Rangers Eagles 1 - 1 Pumas. Pumas won on penalties.

Quarter Finals: Lewisham Tigers 2 - 4 Pumas

Semi-Final: Pumas 1 - 0 EMC Academy

Despite facing opposition in Ten-Em-Bee that were 3 divisions higher than themselves the Pumas put in a performance that they and the travelling fans could be incredibly proud of.

At half time the scores were all level at 0-0 and the Pumas had faced a lot of what Ten-Em-Bee could throw at them. As the game wore on the Pumas had more and more chances but the ball never quite seemed to drop for them.

With just two minutes remaining the cruelest of blows was landed as Ten-Em-Bee counter-attacked and stole a 1-0 lead and what was to prove to be the winning goal.

The Pumas can stand tall and be proud of what has been a fantastic season for them. They performed so well throughout the Cup run and came so, so close but it wasnt to be... this time. The Pumas will come back stronger for sure, starting next week when the League campaign comes to a close.

Congratulations to Ten-Em-Bee on their victory! A team packed with some very talented players.
